For vocal arrangements and mixing commissions there's a 30% discount if the song is tv-size (less than 2:00 minutes).

For mv commissions 29s are rounded down, 30s are rounded up.

None of my work can be used for AI training. I also refuse to work with any AI or AI assisted asset. If I find any conscious AI/AI assist in the assets you may either provide new assets or the commission may be cancelled without refund.

Non-commercial and non-rush commissions may get reschedule and delayed by up to one month from the initial greed deadline. For orders that are booked ahead of time with a strict deadline and require little to no rescheduling on my part, there will be an additional 5% charge to guarantee that the slot will not be rescheduled.

Prices are ultimately subject to final quote changes based on the complexity of the song, I will let you know the final base pricing after I've taken a look at the scope of your project and the assets.

I may charge extra if I need to purchase specific licensed assets or plugins that are necessary to the project

I may accept rush-commissions depending on my availability. This depends on the project scope, so large scale or complex projects with a tight timeframe might not be accepted. Please contact me directly about this. Rush fees may carry an additional charge of 50-100% the base price depending on the deadline and complexity.

I reserve the right to use any of the work created for self-promotion, portfolio, personal or educational purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If there are updates to the TOS or any other aspect of my services after the order has been confirmed, the changes will not apply to your order unless specified.

A 50-100% increase to the total will be imposed if any of the following applies to how my work will be used:
1. YouTube Upload, Premiere or Live with Superchat, Channel Memberships, or Adsense enabled or sponsors.
2. Twitch Livestream Events (VTuber Debuts, Comeback, Redesign, etc.) with Donations or Subscriptions enabled or sponsors.
3. Spotify, Apple Music or other music streaming platforms with monetization (for Mix only).
4. Sponsored events.
5. Uploading on any other platform that allows for direct revenue gain (i.e. Early access on Ko-fi, Patreon, etc.).

Privacy will be included with no additional fee for all commercial projects. An additional 10% privacy fee will be added if requested for non-commercial projects.

Depending on the scale of the commercial usage (mechanical license, synchronization licenses, foreign licenses, exclusive licenses, etc.) or client (companies, individuals from corporate organizations, public figures, etc.), I may increase the commercial use fee to a total of 200% or more. This can be negotiated.

Commercial use fees are negotiable, especially for larger percentages. Feel free to make a request and let me know if you have a budget to adhere to so that we can discuss it at length.

I have the right to decide whether or not a project will incur commercial use fees on a case-by-case basis. Please let me know how you'll be using the project in advance.

Turnaround time is between 1 - 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the arrangement.

Files will be delivered in a .zip file containing all arrangement tracks including main melody tracks, harmony tracks, octave tracks and adlib tracks depending on the complexity of the arrangement rendered in .mp3 at 16 bits (mono). These files will be either recorded or artificially edited based on the song and my range. They may be rough tuned or tune-flatened. The .zip file will also include a sample file rendered in .mp3 at 16 bits.

The file is going to be kept in my google drive folder for 1 (one) month. I will not be responsible for the files after that time has passed.

Turnaround time is based on the time I start working on the project after receiving all the files.

I can only sing in English, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Latin, French, Brazilian Portuguese and Italian. For any other language, I can provide a hummed version of the guides.

I need you to provide me with the song on vocal, off vocal/instrumental, lyrics or translyrics, any other vocal works you would like to be used as inspiration for the arrangement (covers or other songs with styles you would like to include).

I do not copy arrangements other people have made for their personal use.

If you want to detray from the original song but do not have any style in mind we can discuss it at lenght.

For complex arrangements I can write short snippets of original lyrics if desired. I can write this snippets in English, Spanish, Japanese, Latin, Italian or French.

Refunds are not elegible for this type of commission once I've started working on it.

Files will be delivered in
1. For mix/master commissions: a .zip file containing a mastered version, a unmastered version and acapella in .WAV and .MP3 at 16 bits (stereo).
2. For tune/time commissions: a .zip file containing all the tune/timed tracks in .WAV at 16 bits (mono) and a timed on/off vocal .WAV at 16 bits (stereo).

The file is going to be kept in my google drive folder for 1 (one) month. I will not be responsible for the files after that time has passed.

Turnaround time is based on the time I start working on the project after receiving all the files.

I need you to provide me with the song on vocal, off vocal/instrumental, script if available, harmony guides you used if available, and all your tracks without overlaps.

If you want to detray from the original song but do not have any style in mind we can discuss it at lenght.In case I'm not able to concrete the commission for the given deadline due any major unforeseen situation, the client could choose whether to wait or to ask for a 100% if refund.

In case of a client canceling a vocal editing commission no refunds are given once it has been started. A partial refund may be discussed for a full mix (tune/time/mix/master) commission if only the tune/time has been started. You will be let know in which stage I am.

Videos will be delivered in a google drive folder containing a .MP4 1920x1080p 24fps video file rendered in .h264 at 16Mbps. If higher specification is required (60fps, 4k, etc), additional charges will be applied and more time will be required. Let me know in advance in the order form if you need a different specification for the final render. A thumbnail can be provided on request.

All assets (art, mix and lyrics doc) must be ready and submitted when you contact me (I will allow at least timed mix/art placeholders depending on circumstances). I do not work with placeholder character sprites or other unfinished art assets unless the colors and sizing are finalized.

With regards to placeholders for non-rush commissions, the final version of assets must be delivered at least 2 weeks before the deadline of the video. If not delivered in time, a 10% charge will be incurred.

Regarding Revisions:
1. Regarding Revisions: during the commission process, I will periodically send small snippets of the video to show my progress and ask for feedback. Throughout this period, you are allowed to send revision feedbacks. However, if there is more than 3 major revisions (such as redoing compositions completely or changing camera movements/typography), I am allowed to charge an extra 10% for each additional revision request. Thereafter, you are allowed one revision for the final render, except for any personal render issues that may occur (eg. wrong lyrics, glitches, etc).
2. For skeb-style commissions: skeb-style commissions do not have only one final revision at the final render, for any personal render issues (eg. wrong lyrics, glitches, etc.).

A script with the JP / KR / CN / etc. characters for the lyrics would be highly appreciated, especially when multiple vocalists are involved. I can work with videos in any language as long as an script is provided. For any language other than English, Spanish, Italian, French or Brazilian Portuguese a translation along the script is recommended and will be welcomed.
